From the ground up
After completing his carpentry apprenticeship and working for a reputable local commercial builder, Jake Ladgrove set out on his own in 2011 - determined to build a business that valued integrity and quality over polish and pretence.
Since then, Jake has led projects across Albury, Wodonga, Central NSW, Regional Victoria and Melbourne, tackling everything from home renovations to multi-storey commercial construction. His commitment to ongoing education has seen him complete a Certificate IV in Building & Construction Management and an Advanced Diploma of Building Design (Architectural) — ensuring every project benefits from both practical know-how and design expertise.

Jake’s approach is simple: listen first, communicate clearly, and deliver what you promise. That’s why much of Ladgrove Builder’s work comes from referrals and repeat clients - people who appreciate an honest, hands-on builder who treats every job as if it were his own.
As a locally owned and operated business, we take pride in supporting regional suppliers, trades and apprenticeships. Our team is fully licensed and insured in both NSW and Victoria, and we’re active members of the Master Builders Association (MBA) and the Housing Industry Association (HIA).
